UPDATE: We're targeting Monday, May 10th, 2021 to disable TLS 1.1 on all production servers. Please contact support if you want to test your integration code with a server configured with only TLS 1.2.
This update should have no impact on accessing TeamWork with supported browsers. Custom integrations using old security protocols could lose connectivity.
All modern browsers support TLS 1.2. Here’s a page that shows support of TLS 1.2 by browser: https://caniuse.com/#feat=tls1-2
Here’s a link to an article about enabling TLS 1.2 in browsers (if its supported but not enabled):
If your organization has developed custom integrations with our web services, please ensure that they support TLS 1.2. If you want to test your application with TeamWork, we can provide a test endpoint that only allows TLS 1.2. Contact email@example.com to obtain a link.
If your application that calls TeamWork is using DotNet 4.6.2 or later, no changes should be necessary. More information can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/network-programming/tls.
