Organization Field Definitions

The following tables describe the data sources under Organization. They list the fields available and provide a brief description of contents. They include:



Location

Data available for each location in your organization is specified in the Add or Edit Location window.

Field

Description of contents

CodeThe code that Location users type in when they log on to the Location portal and Employee portal for that location. (Entered in Sign In Code field in the Location information window.)
NameThe name of a location. (Entered in Name in the Location information window.)
EmailEmail address for the location.

Address

The street address of the location or business site. (Entered in Address in the Location information window.)

Address 2

Additional information for Address1 (i.e., Suite 202). (Entered in Address Line 2 in the Location information window.)

City

The name of the city for the location. (Entered in City, ST ZIP in the Location information window.)

State

The two-letter designation of the state for the location. (Entered in City, ST ZIP in the Location information window.)

Zip

The zip code of the location. (Entered in City, ST ZIP in the Location information window.)

Phone

The phone number of the location. (Entered in Phone in the Location information window.)

Fax

Number to fax documents to that location (Entered in Fax in the Location information window.)

External Id

The External Id is used to coordinate TeamWork with external systems. It is blank unless your company integrates data with an external system.

Enabled

ACTIVE or INACTIVE. Indicates whether location is active or inactive. If deployed, must be ACTIVE - Log On Available. (Entered in Status in the Location information window.)

License Date

Set by ScheduleSource. (Optional, depending on license agreement.)

Time Zone

Which time zone this location is in  and using for logging hours

Culture

The language and region of the location

GeoLocation

Latitude and longitude for the location

Custom Time Format

How time and date information is formatted for the location

Folder

Which Enterprise organization folder this location is in

Start DateWhen the location starts
End DateWhen the location ends

Deployed

Check the box if your location is fully set/up. If deployed, must be Yes - it is fully set up. (Entered in Deployed in the Location information window.)
UserDefined1 - UserDefined6Custom field(s) identified in Admin > Custom Fields > Location.
Note(s)Any noted provided by managers 
Unique IdAnother way to identify a location. It can enable access to functionality external to the portal, such as Public Pages or the Time Kiosk.



Station

Data available for each station in your organization is specified in the Add or Edit Station window. Some of these fields can only be edited if you have enterprise level permissions, not location level.

FieldDescription
Name

The name of the station

DescriptionAn description of what the station is and what's expected of the employees scheduled there

External Id

The External Id is used to coordinate TeamWork with external systems. It is blank unless your company coordinates with an external system. (Entered in External ID field in the Station information window.)

Style
The color, font, and format used for this station. (Set up in Organization)

Pay Rate

The estimated or average pay rate for the station.

Priority
Used to autofill schedules. Rank your station from 1-9 with 9 being the first to be filled.
Allow SwapCheck the box if you want to allow employees to swap shifts at this location.

Project/Task

The code of the default Project and Task assigned to the station.
Default Project/TaskThe name of the default Project/Task assigned to the station.

Activity

The code of the Activity assigned to the station.

Default Activity

The name of the default Activity assigned to the station.

Credentials

The credentials employees need to work this station.

UserDefined1 - UserDefined6

Custom field(s) identified in Admin > Custom Fields > Station.
