Messaging 

Message notifications – When an employee has received a new message, they will now see a notification icon in the menu bar of the employee portal. 

Alert Messages – Messages that have the Alert checkbox enabled will pop up on a recipient employee’s screen upon logging in and will continue to alert upon login until employee confirms receipt of message. 

Open/Confirm Tracking – A manager who has created a new message can now see which users or employees have viewed and/or confirmed that message, along with the time the message was opened or confirmed. 

UDF Shares – Can now send messages to User-Defined Field groups by selecting the group within the Shares tab of a new message. 

System Admin Messaging – SSI will now be able to send updates to all users and employees via the messaging system regarding updates or outages. 

 

Events 

Status Page – Shows the various status of current events. Sortable/filterable by Event User Defined Fields. 

Employee Timer & Status – Reworked event actions to start/stop timer when changing status to “In Progress”, “On Hold”, “Completed”, or “Cancelled”. 

Event Templates – A one-week collection of events that can be added to a calendar week.  Great for recurring tasks that will be assigned to shifts differently each week. 

Mass Update – Select multiple events and update a field or multiple fields in one update. 

 

Leave Bid 

Import/Export Dates – Can now import and export Leave Bid Dates in tab separated format (excel spreadsheet copy/paste) in Leave Bid > Set up > Dates. 

 

Scheduling 

Availability/Shifts - A new page showing all employees for a week with their availability and any assigned shifts.  This page includes two pop-ups to add shifts.  1) Using check-boxes, add shifts for the selected employees / days.  2) Mass Add shifts based upon the availability, and default station (and client) of the employees.   If defaults are not set, you can choose to create shifts for the employees’ top ranked station and client. 

Auto-fill to Default(s) - Limit auto-fill scope by default station or client. 

 

Invoices 

Changed employee “Approved” to “Submitted”.  Added a certification clause to the employee Submit form: “By selecting Submit, I hereby certify that the information contained in this invoice is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge.” 

 

Reporting 

Delivery by UDF – New package delivery subscriber options to target groups of subscribers by User-Defined Field values. 

Send as Message - New option on package deliveries to send to “Collaboration Message”.  This creates a new entry in the Messages section with the report as an attachment.  Available when targeting employees or users.

Availability 

Availability Type - A new drop-down option for employees to select a type of availability per day.   Applies to templates and overrides. The organization must define the values in the select list for it to appear. 

Availability Note – A new note field per day for employees to provide extra information about their availability. 

 

Employees  

Visibility of data – We now show StartDate, SeniorityDate, and Rank on the available employees list, leave requests list, and the bid board bidding employees list.
