Manager Portal
Bid Board
Bids View – New listing of all bids in order of the bid board’s priority settings. The Choice column indicates current shift status.
- # indicates employee’s choice preference
- Assigned indicates this shift was assigned to another employee – it is no longer on the bid board
- Awarded indicates that employee won the bid
- Cancelled indicates the employee cancelled their bid
Bids pop up – Bids pop up now also provides icons for quick access to an employee’s contact info (quick texting access, if enabled) and scheduled shift info.
Overlap minutes setting – When set, allows manager to assign employees within the overlap time frame to the shift. (For example: If set to 30 minutes an employee that works until 7 am can bid on and be awarded a shift that begins at 6:30 am, allowing a 30-minute overlap). Also applies to auto-assign functionality.
Bid Award Indicator – a new icon (green star) in the schedule views. It denotes that the shift was assigned/awarded via the bid board. (To see indicators, enable “Show Checks” under “Options”.)
Swap Board
Trades Only – Swapboard settings now support allowing employees to Trade shifts while prohibiting posting shifts to the swapboard.
Trade Settings – New options limiting trades to the same length shifts (same hours) and limiting trades to the same week only (based on location week).
Schedules
Day / Locations View - A new page showing a one-day view of selected locations. Includes options to display: staffing targets, shift assignments in order of seniority, employee hours indicators, shift notes, empty shifts, leave and inactive shifts. Users can select the number of columns to use, with each column listing one location’s information. Information can be further filtered using the Filter button, for example to return a specific shift group only. This often results in a nice one-page print view.
Over/Under Indicators - This tool identifies employees that are over or under their desired hours/week, over or under their max hours/week or on target. Managers can see these indicators on the Over/Under Analysis page, and other pages by choosing the option: “Show Checks”.
Assigned after Publish Indicator – An icon to denote that a shift was assigned to the employee after the schedule was published.
Day/Week View Inner Sorting – Can set a sort of the data returned inside a grouping of shifts. Previously it was only by start time. Now users can list by several fields including start date (seniority) either ascending or descending.
