Reporting
Distribution Lists – A new feature allowing a list of emails, not associated with users in the system. Each distribution list has a “scope” of Enterprise, Folder, or Location to limit the data included in the report. Report deliveries can have distribution lists as subscribers.
Export to Word – A new export option for Word format. Works when running reports or as the attachment type of a report package delivery.
Scheduling
New Bid-board Options – Two new options are available on the bid-board settings page. The first option is used in auto-assign and determines the maximum hours to assign to employees. The hours target can be “Minimum”, “Desired”, or “Maximum”, which corresponds to each employees’ settings. The second option is a toggle to honor availability when assigning. Since employees have bid on the shifts, we can assume they want to work that shift, regardless of their availability for that day. This matches the default behavior of the swap-board.
Mobile App
New User Interface – Updated user interface across the majority of the application. Added Dark Mode features available on the “Appearance” page under “Settings”.
Messaging – Messaging now available under the organization section with the same functionality as the Messaging in the Employee Portal. Can review, send, and reply to messages (based on organization settings).
Shift Attributes – Employees can now update shift attributes from the mobile application with the same functionality as on Employee Portal.
Task Management (beta)
Tasks within Templates – The task management system previously only supported a stand-alone template with task assignments needing manual intervention. This update allows tasks to be defined within the template and optionally assigned to shifts. When a template with tasks is added to a schedule, the tasks are created and associated with the newly created shifts.
Task Reschedule Setting – Each task now has a setting for the “reschedule” range allowed. This option helps to keep the task on the same day, week or month. A reschedule occurs when associating the task with a shift. The task date will change to match the shift.
Task Move (Employee) – If the task reschedule setting allows Day, Week, or Month, an employee can move the task to another one of their shifts within the range.
Other
Completed the .net 10 upgrade across the entire application.
