NEW ADD FORMS
The simple add pop-ups for Locations, Employees, Stations, and Clients were replaced with an in-page form that contains more optional items for setup. The intention is to preserve the ability to add items with minimal information, but also support a more complete setup in one action. For instance, when adding a new employee, the user can select Locations and Stations for instant deployment and skills creation. These selections are also preserved after an add so that several employees can be added & deployed to the same Locations/Stations.
We're looking for feedback on the new add forms for additional fields that would help your organization be able to fully setup a Location/Employee/Station/etc. in one action.
TIME/LEAVE OVERLAPS
Time entries that are for a Project/Task marked as leave, will now allow overlaps. This reduces the number of error entries when automatically generating time entries from granted leave on days with previously clocked time.
POLICY TO LIMIT LEAVE TYPES
Organizations can now limit the leave types available per policy. This reduces complexity when certain leave types should only be available to certain groups/states, etc.
PARTIAL PAID BREAKS
A new setting/threshold that requires an employee work a certain number of hours to earn paid breaks. If not enough time is worked in a day, break is unpaid. If the break is longer then earned, only the earned part of the break is paid and the rest is unpaid.
