The V6 employee portal will become the default portal on January 17th, 2024. This applies to all customers on version 2023.1 or later. The fallback link (on the home page) will remain until March 13th, 2024.
You can explore the V6 portal by clicking "Try V6" in the main menu. To report issues or make suggestions, please email support@schedulesource.com.
The V6 version keeps the same pages but updates the menu, quick links at top, and some fonts and styles to improve readability.
The V6 release of the Employee Portal achieves:
- A single menu for navigating to all pages
- Toggle visibility of menu on large screens
- Always available quick links to Calendar, Clock, Swapboard, etc.
- Load more resources on-demand for improved performance
- Removed legacy Javascript libraries
- Better contrast in UI for readability
- Updated UI libraries
