We've added two new template types for schedulers. Both types allow an arbitrary number of days in the pattern. These templates are useful for rotations (recurring) or call-out (single, or a few days) scenarios.
1) Recurring Templates - The template must have a start date and a number of days in the pattern. When adding to a schedule, the shifts are placed on the correct dates.
2) Floating Templates - The template must have a number of days specified (1,2, etc.). When adding to a schedule, the specific start date for the template must be entered.
Both templates are edited in a grid of Item (station or employee) versus Days. This new grid editor allows for drag-drop, multi-select copy/paste, and several other keyboard shortcuts.
